How to clear scar in face & its all types 2021.

Skin marks and scar problem, Scarface.

There is no scar on the face or blemish in our skin at birth. And our skin is most beautiful in childhood. Everyone wants to keep their skin just like their childhood. But the hormonal changes that occur in adolescence change the skin completely. Pimples are common in adolescence. But if the pimples are boiled, they increase further. After a few months and sometimes a few years, the pimple stops coming but these pimples leave their stains.
We are not just talking about erasing Pimple's stains here. Because there are many other types of stains.
If your skin is burnt from somewhere, then it causes marks also. The rays of the sun's ultraviolet light also leave stains and marks on the face. A disease like chickenpox smallpox also leaves a scar on the skin or scar in the face.

Types of marks.

1. Pimple marks

2. Bruises

3. Sunburn scars

4. Burn marks

5. Chickenpox marks

6. Cut marks

7. Traces by chemicals

Now the question may be in your mind that why they are formed?

The simple answer to this is if the Damage of the skin tissue has increased and the skin has not been able to get more time for its repair. Also, if the wound is left open in direct sunlight, it is natural to have a scar on the skin. This scar may be darker or lighter than your skin color. Which causes odd coloration on the skin.

Wound marks can be erased easily if the size of the wound is normal and proper treatment is done in time. The newer the wound, the sooner its scar can be cured. But if your wound stains or any other type of stains are old, you still need not panic.

Here we will throw light on the treatment of all types of scars one by one.

Traces of smallpox/chickenpox.

Chickenpox / Smallpox itself is a very big and bad disease. And so far no treatment has been revealed. Usually, this happens only once in our lifetimes. The likelihood of the second time is very low. Because for the second time our immune cells can detect and fight the chickenpox virus.

Chickenpox viruses cause a lot of damage to the epidermal layer and the dermal layer. As the chickenpox heals, the stain is left which looks very unsightly. These marks are very difficult to remove. You should not rub your skin with anything when there is chickenpox. Neither soap nor face wash should be used. By doing this, small bumps on the skin which are filled with water due to chickenpox will not be left. Do not pop them at all. Otherwise, there will only regret later. To remove chickenpox stains, first, the poxvirus has to be removed. When you are fully healthy again, after that you will have to clean your face twice a day without over-rubbing. Rub a piece of ice over the stains in the morning. Ice will not only remove your stains but will also bring a glow to your skin. To get more quick results, you can apply aloe vera gel to the face by turning it into ice.

How to remove pimple marks.

Removing pimple marks is easier than removing chickenpox stains. But if the pimple has not completely gone from your face, then you have to focus on removing the pimple first. Only then can you work on removing the marks.
You can also use a piece of ice to remove pimples. Coating of honey and lemon juice is also beneficial. If you want to clean both Pimple and Marks together, you have to mix green tea water and aloe vera gel and turn it into ice cubes and apply it on the face or affected area.

Measures to correct skin changes caused by sunlight.

Usually, you should use either an umbrella whenever you are going for a long time in a sunny place. Or use appropriate creams to protect from sunlight.
To correct these changes, you should either take one vitamin E capsule every night or apply it to the affected skin. You can apply a paste of starch solution to your skin. If vitamin E and starch solution are not available, then instead of a vitamin E capsule, you can apply almond oil or almond seeds by making a paste. And instead of starch solution, you can apply potato on your affected skin by crushing it.

To cure burn stains.

If the burn marks are fresh and 1 week old, then potato juice is very good. Do not drink it, apply it to the affected skin. You can clean any dark stains with potato juice. Whether that scar is of Pimple or smallpox or sunburn or any kind of burns, you will get very good results by applying potato juice for one week daily.

How to clean old injury marks or scars?

Aloe vera is known for removing scars from the skin. Stains and marks are removed by applying a paste of natural aloe vera daily. Aloe vera is also known to heal internal injuries. To cure internal muscle pain and bone problems, take aloe vera leaf and heat it in the fire and its outer layer is removed and applied through a bandage in the painful place.

Many types of free radicals are found in vitamin E. Vitamin E helps to create new cells. It keeps the blood circulation in the skin. Vitamin E is also available in many natural foods. Dry fruits have a good amount of vitamin E. Almond and almond oil are very beneficial for skin and hair.
It takes a little time to clean old marks. But the scars are cleared with its continuous use.

Cleansing the scars caused by strong chemicals.

If there is no more wound on the skin and only the color of the skin has changed, then making potato paste, will help in a burning sensation. The wound will feel cold. And the stain will heal quickly. But if the wound is deep and its mark has increased to a great extent, then you should consult a skin doctor.

 Conclusion.

All kind of scar takes time to clear. Medicine and other chemicals can do a lot of problems. And they have their side effects also. Natural methods are better to clear all kinds of scars. I recommend and use potato juice to clear minor scars. For bigger scars, aloe vera is a better option. A person with these problems should eat well and should add some dry fruits and some veg protein-containing things in their diet. Sun protection is very necessary. Water intake should more than normal. Ice also helps to clear pimples and scars.
