The need for protein varies from person to person here is a formula to calculate it.

If Weight of person = 60 kg, convert kg into grams = 60 grams.

Studies show that a very high percentage of people in the world can't get enough protein to fulfill its requirement. If you are a gym freak and trying to be muscular then this list is made for you. 


Natural way to get a high protein diet.


1. Add Pulses. (The best source of veg protein)


2. Eat some green veg ( e.g. broccoli ).


3. Avoid eating rice, instead of it, you can buy golden rice and brown rice. 
(It doesn't contain protein but golden rice contain vitamin A and brown rice have higher values of protein)


4. Eat flour meal. (It is rich in carbs and contain protein)


5. Add some soya products to the meal. (High protein-containing food)


6. Chew properly. (Will help in proper breakdown and absorption of protein)


7. Instead of eating twice, Take a small meal 4 to 5 times a day. (For better absorption of protein)


8. Take some short meals in between. (To provide additional energy)


9. Add some fiber providing food. (For easy excretion)


10. Don't drink water just after taking the meal. (Otherwise, Hcl concentration will be affected)


11. Add some fruits and dry fruits (To fulfill the requirement of additional protein carbs and fatty acid) 


12. Mushrooms are a very good source of protein and minerals.


13. Whole egg can be considered at breakfast.


14. & Milk and cheese have their benefits. ( Don't consume if you have lactose intolerance).


15. Take a high carb diet before your workout. ( e.g. banana ).


16. Take protein-rich food or supplement after your workout. ( For faster breakdown & absorption.)
