Who is Lokender Kumar (Biography)?
In this post you are going to know how is the person working behind this website and where we were during this long holiday time.
So Hi! every mindful audience.
This is Lokender Kumar ( @rednekolarya ).
In this blogpost I am going to share a small story, the journey that I have gone through may seem a bit odd to you all but it is what it is.
Let's start from the beginning,
I started this website for knowledge purposes first, just to know what basic coding is, and what it looks like to start a blog website. And at that time I was 15 years old, a fascinating Guy who wanted to learn as much as he can.
Started to take interest in social media, video editing, photo editing, web development, and acting skills.
Along with this I completed my 12th in the Medical field side by side. It was not an easy journey but If I look back to my past I can say that it was a great journey to deal with everything at a very small age.
Learned life lessons along with the journey of my studies and artistic skills.
I was not clear about my goals at that time, maybe even now I am not so clear about my goals, but now I have that sense to work in one particular field.
Due to my multiple fields of interest, I was a bit confused.
I started to take care about my studies seriously, I started to work on getting a Graduate degree in Life Science, although the aim was just to clear the exams for basic degree without any failure in any subject and I think I was a successful student back in my college days, 1st year was so intense to change my study habits, I got to learn how to manage work life and introduce balance in it.
So far 2nd year was game changing, this was the time when I was working on multiple things together.
I learned the basics of theatre during this time, I cracked the Police constable exam as well, but was not unlucky enough to crack the interview round because I never appeared for the same due to lack of documents which can give me more marks.
I worked on this website as well, and maybe 12 to 15 posts were shared on this website during that time, this was the time when corona came into existence.
And I took care of my practical exams and left this website without any posts.
my second and 3rd year of my college time were ruined by the pandemic. But I was able to clear all my exams without any issue.
My final year final exams were really stressful because I was dealing with a breakup from my 1st girlfriend, It was a really stressful time and I was caught by depression and anxiety about the future and career.
I decided to do a private job for a short time. But I was completely fresher at that time, I was totally unaware of what HR team is, who hire for big private companies, at that time I somehow joined a Fraud company and I lost almost 20K rupees and I was completely broke at that time, I hesitated to share this thing with my parents and decided to be strong enough to deal with this situation.
I joined my first Corporate or private company Concentrix after dealing with that scam situation.
And after working for 3 months there, I was able to cope up with the situation, then I Joined Customer Relation Management service.
I am still working here and enjoying my life without any big issue.
So I have now gained a lot of experience on how a company works and how to run a business without any issue.
If I self introspect myself, I am a good Team leader, good analyst of work and business, a good trainer, I purchased my own laptop, my smartphone, my own guitar as well.
So in future a lot of good content is waiting for its actual form. Like how to learn guitar, tips and tricks related to Laptop and smartphones.
I am working on my leadership qualities, presentation skills, quality work and effective speaking.
So no need to worry! I will be sharing everything with high quality content and with improved versions of it.
rednekolarya - How I got this name! The answer is simple actually, if I reverse my name spelling it becomes Lokender - rednekol + (arya - another form of my caste and gotra).
And got my Instagram name rednekolarya which is rare and unique but till now very few people know this name. Trust me this recognition will not remain the same for a long time. Because there are a lot of things already planned which will increase my audience for sure.
